The 30-night chase guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to tell us about a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order. Eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement, refund or—where only part of the order is affected—a proportionate refund.
If you simply change your mind, an unused item in its original condition may be requested for return within the same 30-day period. Return shipping may apply.
Starting a request
Use the PREYMODE Support form or the customer-support contact shown in your order confirmation. Include your order number and a clear description of what happened. For damage, defects or an incorrect item, we may ask for clear photos or a short video so the issue can be assessed quickly.
Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.
What can be approved
- Products that arrive materially damaged or do not operate as described.
- An incorrect product or color received.
- A verified missing item or component.
- An unused, complete product returned in its original condition within 30 days.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, unsupervised pet damage, damage caused after delivery, or an incomplete return. Delivery issues caused by an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection or an unsafe delivery location may also be excluded.
Refunds and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears. Original or return shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, incorrect, or consumer law requires otherwise.
Cancellations
Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply instead.
Your legal rights
This policy is additional to any mandatory rights available under applicable United States federal or state consumer law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
