Products and safe use
We work to present product colors, features and images accurately, though screens and production variations can cause small differences. PREYMODE is a pet toy, not a child’s toy. Supervise play, inspect the car and lure regularly, and stop use if any part becomes damaged.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for availability, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons. Payment is charged through the checkout provider in the currency shown. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Pricing and availability
Prices, promotions and availability can change without notice before an order is accepted. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected. Any material change to an accepted order will be communicated before fulfillment where practical.
Delivery
PREYMODE is currently offered for United States delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for a complete, deliverable address and for monitoring carrier updates. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use PREYMODE content or branding without permission. The site’s design, copy, artwork, code and marks are owned by or licensed to PREYMODE.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and may not contain unlawful, abusive, private, promotional or misleading material. Submissions are moderated and are not guaranteed to be published. By submitting a review, you confirm you have the right to share it and permit PREYMODE to display it with the chosen public name.
